Enjoy our formal dining room with well stocked bar, patio with fireplace and sofas overlooking the pastures, and lounge with spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows.

You’ll find plenty to do in any downtime from your main event: visits to art studios, gift and craft shops, cafes, and restaurants. For a tailored experience, the Woodstone can organize a private and personalized bus tour of the island. Of course, there are also many outdoor adventure experiences for you to try out as well: golfing, hiking, swimming, beachcombing, kayaking, whale watching and more.

We are 55 minutes by ferry and 15 by float plane from the Mainland as well as just 90 minutes from Vancouver Island.

However you decide to spend your time at the Woodstone and on Galiano, it will be time well spent, away, in a place that refreshes the body and renews the spirit.

We are happy to provide all that you need from meeting equipment to a full day’s sustenance including morning and afternoon snacks, lunch, and dinner catered especially for you. A coffee/tea/water station is set up each morning and replenished for the afternoon.

We can help organize team building outdoor activities for your group: kayaking, golfing, and hiking with a picnic prepared just for you. Or, for a more passive but luxurious activity, we would be pleased to organize an in-house spa experience.
